He was predeceased by: his father Clifford Holsten; his wife Alice Frisque; his brother Dennis; his father-in-law Vincent Frisque; and his brothers-in-law, Dale Frisque and Michael Rosenthal.
He is survived by: his mother Esther Holsten (Clontz); his children, Emily LaBlanc, Holly Peterson (Mark) and Dennis E. Holsten (Amanda); his sister Bonnie Herrera (Raul); his mother-in-law Joyce Frisque; and his sisters-in-law, Jodi Rosenthal and Dorena Frisque. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
