He is survived by: his daughter Kenzie Lynn Conley; his parents, Karen Conley and Dean Conley (Faith); his siblings, Andrew Conley, Janel Conley, Megan and Ryan; and also, Herb, Melodee Kolenda and Ben. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts, uncles and relatives.
