He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Welch and Mary Welch (Rockwell); his siblings, Sandra, Billy, Michael and Kenneth Welch; and his father-in-law Jack Spedoski.
He is survived by: his wife Belinda of Stanwood; his daughter Ilsa Dean (Jeramie Shanley) of Texas; his grandchildren, Alexandria Niebrzydowski (Jason), Kaleb Lewis, Logan Lewis and Liam Dean; his great grandchild Delilah Niebrzydowski; his siblings, Sue Tribe and Bob Welch; his son-in-law Mark Dean; his sister-in-law Della Welch; his mother-in-law Marianne Spedoski; his close friend Scott Hendrick; and his pet Sophia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
