He is survived by: his mother Gloria Cook (Kasper); his wife Theresa Cook; his children, Felecia Grein-Cook (Carl) and Allie Cook (Alex McGowen); his grandchildren, Dylan, June, Izzy, Remington and Ruegar; and his siblings, Linda Dontje, Melvin Cook, Glorene Archambault (Dave), Paula Price (Alton) and Dennis Cook. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
