She is survived by: her husband Gerald; her sons, Jeffrey (Elizabeth), Gregory (Dawn) and Gerald Bliznik (Jill); her brother Joseph Lewek (Caroline); and her grandchildren, Terry, Tyler, Alexander, Austin, Avery, Brooke and Arielle.
