He was predeceased by: his parents, Sydney Fish and Edith Fish; his son Joshua Fish; his father-in-law Harold Springsteen; his brothers-in-law, Jim Butler and Andrew Springsteen; his nephew Edwin Springsteen; and his nieces, Erin Springsteen and Morgan Springsteen.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Springsteen; his son Benjamin; his daughter-in-law Melanie Fish; his grandchildren, Arthur and Cali Fish; his sisters, Donna Butler (Butler) and Shirley Ewing (Gordon); his mother-in-law Dorothy Springsteen; and his brothers, Mike (Betty Springsteen), Nick (Cheryl Springsteen) and Pete (Barb Springsteen). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, grand nieces and nephews and close friends.
