It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucille Fern Gibson of Stanton, Michigan, who passed away on January 20, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Roland Gibson; her parents, Darwin Chapin and Zelma Chapin (Switzer); her brothers, Harold Chapin and Eugene Chapin; and her nephew Lonnie Bigelow.
She is survived by: her children, Marlene Gibson of Stanton and Terry Gibson (Cheryl) of Stanton; her grandchildren, Brandon Gibson (Melissa) of Stanton and Breann Bonga (Jason) of Stanton; her great grandchildren, Brayden, Bryce, Blake, Brock and Brody; and her siblings, Maxine Harris (Ray) of Stanton and Carl Chapin (Sally) of Stanton.
