Norma A. Jackson Obituary
Norma Ann Jackson (Sally) passed away at her home on February 22, 2025 with her children by her side. She was 92.
Her entire life, everyone knew Norma as Sally. All through school, family and friends all called her Sally. And it continued to this day.
Sally was born in Springport, Michigan in 1932. She married Ralph Melvin Jackson (Mel) in 1955 in Detroit, Michigan when she was 23 years old. Mel passed away in 1995 at the age of 66.
One of Sally's favorite past times was knitting and crocheting beautiful baby clothes, pillows, doilies, baby blankets, and her latest was elaborate doll clothes for Barbie.
Sally retired from Chrysler in 1994. She was always grateful to have this job and she liked her boss and coworkers.
Sally had 4 children (Gail, Carol, Cheryl, Philip), who she cherished more than anything. Even with a career, she gave them all the love and guidance and support they needed right up until her death.
Sally is survived by her 4 children, 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Lee-Ramsay Standish Chapel at 1:00 pm. Friends and family may visit at the chapel from 10:00 am until the time of service.
