His professional journey included crafting Christmas decorations alongside Doc Staley and working at Magline as a painter. Larry's remarkable tenure at Magline spanned over three decades, culminating in a well-deserved retirement after 32 years of service.
In 1983, Larry's life was brightened when he met his beloved wife, Kathy (Rabadue) Sullivan at Magline. Their love blossomed, and they were united in marriage on December 24, 1988. Together, they built a beautiful life in Omer, MI, filling their home with love, laughter, and lasting memories. Larry enjoyed looking at classic cars, and painting vehicles with the same artistry he applied to his work. He also enjoyed all animals as well. Larry's admirable spirit led him to build his own home, showcasing his remarkable skill and independence.
His parents, Frederick and Grace (Smith) Sullivan, and sister, Vera, preceded Larry in death. Their family reunion marks a continuum of the Sullivan legacy in heart and memory.
Larry's departure is deeply felt, but his spirit will remain an enduring presence in the lives of those who knew and loved him.
