He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Ray Miller; and his sister-in-law Carrie Miller. He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Nelson and Janet Nelson (Gulvas); his wife Samantha Miller; his son Kasey Nelson II; his siblings, Kendra Adrian and Kenneth Nelson; and his siblings-in-law, Mike Miller (Angela) and Tanya Schalk. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers those wishing an expression of sympathy are asked to consider donating to a scholarship fund for his son Kasey Jr. "Little man".
