Kowalczyk; his sons, James Calkins and Peter Calkins; his granddaughter Lilly; his brothers, Bob Calkins (Kathy) and Dean Calkins (Tammera); his parents-in-law, Kenneth and Shirley Kowalczyk; and his brothers, Kelly (Jeff) and Ken (Joni). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and many friends.
