She was predeceased by: her parents, Fredrick R. Downer and Florence Downer (McGovern); her son Bruce; her son-in-law William Thorp; her sister Mary Jane Walker (Harvey); and her close friend Ray Perry.
She is survived by: her children, Suzanne Thorp and Lyle Orr (Connie); her grandchildren, Onalee Watson (Rob), Ashlee Bennett (Gary) and Sean Thorp (Christa); her great grandchildren, Emily Watson, Taylor Bennett, Makayla Bennett and Ciara Thorp; and her nephews, Fred Walker (Jeri) and Jim Anthony (Peggy).
