He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Delano Dudley and Mary Ellen Dudley (Roethke); and his brother Douglas Dudley. He is survived by: his wife Jessica Dudley (Schwartz); his children, Daytona Dudley, Aaron and Taylor; his sister Danielle "Dani"; his nephew Holden; his niece Adelaide Hollingsworth; and his sisters, Diane Dudley, Doreen and Bari Bell. He is also survived by three granddaughters and a grandson.
