It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecelia (Cis) D. Whyte-Letchfield (Standish, Michigan), born in Pinconning, Michigan, who passed away on October 18, 2021, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Dunnigan and Mable Dunnigan (Bowen); her husband Louis Whyte; her former spouse Frances Letchfield (Doc); her siblings, William Dunnigan (Bernice), Doris Ellery (Tom) and Cleo Kozero; her brother-in-law Arnold Miller; and her sisters, Tina Worden (David) and Marion Rashotte (Marvin).
She is survived by: her sons, Jack Whyte (Sandra) and Robert Whyte; her grandchildren, Deb Socier (Scott), Jack Louis Whyte (Julie), James Whyte, Jeffery Whyte (Samantha) and Ann Rechsteiner (Ryan); her great grandchildren, Jamie Rosebrugh (Craig), Amanda Rosebrugh (Kevin), John Rosebrugh, Janae Whyte, Olivia Whyte, Rachel Whyte, Taylor Whyte, Tyler Whyte, Shannon Baker, Mariah Baker, Scarlett Whyte, Madelyn Whyte, Lucas Rechsteiner, Malory Rechsteiner and Elizabeth Rechsteiner; her great great grandchildren, Jax Sandhagen, Jakob Sandhagen, Wyatt Rosebrugh, Stella Cunningham and Silas Cunningham; and her sister Rosemary Miller. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many friends.
