He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Bachleda and Mary Bachleda (Uryga); and his wife Janis L. Brown. He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Scanlan (Bill); his grandsons, Tyler Scanlan and Tanner Scanlan; his sister Phyllis Mitgutsch; his niece Krissy Sullivan (Gary); his nephew Eric Mitgutsch (Linda); and his close friend Connie Schell.
