She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving Hammar and Amelia Hammar (Peretto); her husband Ronald; and her siblings, Ted Hammar, Suzi Higby and Margret Voakes.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Thoney (Dan) of Iron River and David George of Iron River; her sister Patty Reitmeyer (Dave); and her grandchildren, Lisa Quest (Don) of Detroit, Melissa Samuelson of Chicago, Dustyn Thoney of Grand Rapids and Nikolas Thoney of Detroit. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
A celebration of Gloria's life will be announced at a later date, due to COVID restrictions.
