He was predeceased by: his parents, John Carl and Louella Thomas (Ward); his siblings, Dr. Robert J, Ruben "Frank" and Charlotte Earhart; and his nephew Edward Earhart.
He is survived by: his wife Antionette "Toni" Ballelli; his sons, Les (Christie) of Lincoln, Chris of Alpena and Matt of Elkhart, IN; his siblings, John (Rhonda) of Mt. Sterling, KY and Claudette; his grandchildren, Ellie and Ben; and his close friend Pookie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles.
In lieu of flowers, the family has decided to create a scholarship fund for graduating Alcona seniors who pursue the arts or human services fields.
