He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Holsworth and Cloe Holsworth (Thompson); his siblings, Charles "Buzz" Holsworth, Lyle Holsworth and Bernadette Garrett; and his nephew Gary Garrett.
He is survived by: his wife Ramona Clark (Beloskur); his children, James Holsworth (Leslie), Steve Holsworth, Loree Robertson (Mark), Brenda Kieliszewski (Jim), Shawna Scott (Mike) and Travis Black (Molly); and his stepdaughters, Tamara Quick (Douglas) and Sherry Clark (Jennifer Smalley). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
