Charles William Carriveau Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2025, at the age of 81, Charles William Carriveau of Spruce, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Carriveau and Laura Carriveau (McKenzie); and his siblings, James Carriveau, Judith Adams and Linda Hawley.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Carriveau; his children, Charlene Oliver (Frank), Christine Elowski (Ben), Cathy Macfalda (Rich), Mary Zann (Steve) and Philip Carriveau (Kristin); his grandchildren, Victoria (Kyle), Justin, Vanessa (Jason), Samantha (Anthony), Shannon (Daniel), Sabrina (David), Philip, Emily, Johnathan (Jessica), Alice, Benjamin, Mark, Lauren, Sadie, Charles and Jacob; his sister Lorrine Barney; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Carriveau, Vicki Stone and Janet Green. He is also survived by 11 great-granddaughters; and 1 great-grandson.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. The military honors will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Alpena VFW Post 2496. A prayer will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Catherine Catholic Church (2218 W Nicholson Hill Rd, Ossineke, MI 49766).
