He was predeceased by: his parents, Peggy Modena Bruce and Thomas Bruce Jr.; and his brother Gary Willoughby. He is survived by: his daughters, Starla and Katrina Willoughby; his grandchildren, Ashley VanSplintern, Kaylyn Jewell (Nicholas) and Mackenzie Griffith; his great grandchildren, Paris, Niko, Natalie, Sophia and Jaxtyn; his brother John Willoughby (Toni); his sister-in-law Sherry Willoughby; and his son-in-law Chad VanSplintern. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
