He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Lopes (Jason); his grandchildren, Christopher Chase (Jamie), Stephanie Wood and Kelsy Sudbrink (David); his great grandchildren, Miyah, Payton Sue and Vicki Lynn; his siblings, Darlene Chase and Gerald Chase (Kathy); his sister-in-law Dawn Chase; and also Pinky. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
