He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bartley and Helen Bartley; and his brother John David Bartley. He is survived by: his wife Debi Bartley; his son Casey Dean Bartley; his sisters, Mary Elizabeth Schwark, Dorothy Lee Smith and Dianne Parsons; and his sister-in-law Karen Bartley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
