He was predeceased by: his parents, Clement Dack and Hazel Dack (Benn). He is survived by: his wife Belva; his children, Julie Lowder (Scott) of Jackson, Shellie Stephenson (Joe) of Jackson and Jeff Dack (Kris) of Parma; and his sister Aletha Richardson of Parma. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.
