He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie M. Allen and Mornie Allen; his siblings, Joe, Russell and Hazel Allen Swett; his son David D. Allen; and his daughter-in-law Debra Peckham Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Emily Tarr; his children, Barbara Keeler (Daniel) of Springport, Michigan, John Allen of Peck and Duane Allen (Donna) of Leslie, Michigan; and his close friends, Tom and Louise Brundage. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be directed to Springport S.A.F.E. or the Parma Baptist Church.
