It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Marie Hoyt of Springport, Michigan, born in Jackson, Michigan, who passed away on January 30, 2023, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Rose and Loretta Rose (Brown); her stepfather Jim; her grandmother Gigi; her great-aunt Baba; and her nephew Elgin Rose.
She is survived by: her husband Tom Hoyt; her children, Emily Metzger and Roman Hawk; her granddaughter Blair Metzger; her stepmother Marion Rose; and her siblings, Dan Rose (Traci), Donna Howard (Jeremy), Diana Adams (John), Melanie Woll (Ryan), Bill Austin, Don Austin and Maureen Herrick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donors honor Deborah by buying a book for a child.
