He is survived by: his wife Andrea Richter; his former wife Diane Devoe; his children, Jennifer Himebaugh (Kevin), Julie Reynolds (Steven) and Josh Kapusinski (Erica Doherty); his grandchildren, Parker Reynolds, Isabelle Reynolds, Savannah Himebaugh, Oliver Kapusinski and Jackson Kapusinski; and his siblings, Karen Osowski and James Kapusinski.

In lieu of flowers Chet requested that donations be made to the Frank Bob Perrin -Lansing Chapter of Trout Unlimited to help preserve the rivers he loved fishing on.
