It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Lee Van Conant of Springfield Township, Michigan, born in Royal Oak, Michigan, who passed away on November 10, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond and Dorothy; and his sibling Shirley. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Lynn Van Conant, Michael Lee Van Conant and Jeffrey Alan Van Conant; his grandchildren, Shelby Allison Irwin (William) and Matthew Richard Van Conant; and his siblings, Jean Mc Cracken and Joann Kenyon. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations, in Jerry's name, may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
