He is survived by: his fiancée Karen Kayes; his fiancée's children, Ashleigh and Lucas Underwood; his children, Jamie Khodl (Adam) and Austin Van Dyke; his grandson Wyatt Khodl; his parents, Wayne Dyke and Sharon Van Dyke; and his siblings, Susan Lookingbill, Brian Van Dyke (Darcy) and Michelle Bruinsma (Todd). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
