He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Ellingboe and Lucille Ellingboe (Doucette); his son Eric (Marie); and his brother Thomas Ellingboe (Mary). He is survived by: his wife Marie Nash; his sons, Tom Ellingboe (Christine) and Bill Ellingboe; his stepdaughter Lisa Brown (Jon); his grandchildren, Drew and Jordanne Ellingboe; his stepgrandchildren, Blair, Kellyn, McKenna Horgan, J. T. (Emily), Josh Brown (Erica), Luna and Lilly Brown; and his in-laws, Char Nash, Dean Nash and Casey Nash (Mary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the VanZantwick Chapel of Sytsema Funeral & Cremation Services (620 Washington Ave, Grand Haven, MI 49417). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, October 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick - St. Anthony Catholic Parish Church (920 Fulton St, Grand Haven, MI 49417).
