He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Maxam and Janet Maxam (Karsten); and his brother-in-law John Warren. He is survived by: his spouse Alice Warren; his children, David Maxam (Lee Ann) and Linda Turkstra (Chris); his grandchildren, Carson Maxam, Lily Turkstra and Joy Turkstra; and his brother Donald Maxam (Elsie).
