She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Jay E. Holmes and Dorothy Holmes (Meeker); her husband Paul E. DeWitt; her children, JoAnn Chisholm and Steve DeWitt (Mary); her grandchildren, Rachel Powers (Mark), Andrea Bonney (Richard), Nicole DeClercq (Robert), Lindsay Helms (Nathan) and Shana Sicotte (David); her daughter-in-law Norma DeWitt; her son Thomas J. DeWitt; and her sister Ruth Shinn. She was also cherished by ten great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
