He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilmer McGhan and Betty McGhan (Vanhuizen); and his brother Joe McGhan. He is survived by: his wife Clara Schmiedeknecht; his children, Ron McGhan (Kerri), Lisa Schaub (Marvin) and Kristen Sherwood (Joseph); his grandchildren, Brandi Phelps (Matthew), Ashley Paquin (Zach), Alec Sherwood (Justina Wilson), Samantha Shoop (Dan), Taylor Sherwood (Jonathan DeLoder) and Megan Schaub; his great grandchildren, Tate, Ezlyn and Renly; his siblings, Barbara Ropp (Bill), Donna Vanderplow, Bruce McGhan (Marilyn) and Scott McGhan; and his sister-in-law Sandy McGhan. He is also survived by his kids, grandkids and great grandkids.
