He was predeceased by: his sister Luanne Olthof of Grand Haven. He is survived by: his siblings, Wendy Carter of Muskegon, Jack Olthof Jr (Carol) and Mike Olthof Sr (Annel); his nieces, Bethaney Daniels (Dave) of Norton Shores, Lynn Olthof and Kelly Olthof of Ferrysburg; his nephew Mike Olthof Jr. of Ferrysburg; and his close friend Glenn Kade (Kathy).
