He is survived by: his wife Judi DeZeeuw; his sons, Ryan Lubbers (Michon) and Rick Lubbers (Sarah); his grandchildren, Sara Connors, Nick Connors, Mitchell Lubbers, Marcus Lubbers, Gina VanderHeide (Case), Anna Lubbers, Maggie Lubbers, Isaiah Bakri and Israel Bakri; and his siblings, David Lubbers (Elizabeth Miele), Ruth Otten (Fred), Linda Hamilton (Don) and Mary Wynbeek (John). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
