He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Treadway Setzer Oliver (Pat); his parents, Job Oliver and Esther Oliver; and his stepsons, Scott Setzer and Kevin Setzer.
He is survived by: his sister Carole Rickard of Tennessee; his stepchildren, Kim Setzer Angermeier (Tom) of Indiana and Tracy Setzer (Teresa) of North Carolina; his nephews, Nathan Rickard (Lindsay) of Tennessee and Jesse Rickard of Michigan; and his great-nephew Emmanuel Rickard.
