He is survived by: his wife Mary Blackmer; his daughters, Carol Blackmer, Sarah Bear (Jim Shank) and Dawn Blackmer; his grandson Craig Blackmer; his great grandchild Malachi Blackmer; and his sister Hazel Greenfield.
