He was predeceased by: his parents, James Forrest and Effie Forrest (Rayner); his brother Dennis Forrest; and his sister-in-law Cindy Forrest. He is survived by: his wife Patty Musser; his siblings, John Forrest (Sandy) of Kalamazoo, Ken Forrest of South Haven, Sharon Worel of Athens, Ala and Cathy Willson of Covert; his grandchildren, Catherine Crosby (Tyler), Alaric James Pierson and Logan Allen Pierson; and his sister-in-law Trish Forrest of Holland.
