We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2022, at the age of 87, Mary Rose Mooney (Spring Lake, Michigan), born in Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Costello and Catherine Costello (Mulholland); her husband Carl; her daughter Mary Colleen Mooney; and her siblings, Patsy, John, Katie, Barbara, Ginny and Chuck.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Mooney (Linda) of Holland, Macaire Davis (Bob) of Jenison, Matthew Mooney of Rockford, Madonna Kramer (Scott) of Spring Lake, Margaret Gordon (John) of Jackson, NJ, Bridget Bergeron (Harold) of Clinton Township and Joseph Mooney (Jennifer) of Rochester Hills; her grandchildren, Sean Mooney (Whitney), Sarah Scheffers (BJ), Nate Davis (Katie Ham), Andrew Davis (Marrin), Bradley Davis (Sydney), Ben Mooney, Megan Hudson (Josh), Daniel Kramer (Rachel Eldersveld), Steven Kramer (Kate Ransdell), Thomas Kramer (Sophie Rogers), Galina Gordon, Ana Gordon, Shannon Clark (Patrick Canniff), Erin Clark, Mitchell Bergeron, Connor Bergeron, Abby Reischer (Jake), Jack Mooney, Alex Mooney and Ryan Mooney; and her sister Rita Tandeski (Earl). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
She loved the simplest of adventures and surprises (was thrilled by the drive by parade her family had for her 86th birthday the pandemic) and her rendition of "I love to laugh" is one for the record books.
