He was predeceased by: his mother Lois Jane Witham (Reynolds). He is survived by: his fiancée Donna Gale; his children, Michael Witham of Muskegon and Danielle Everhardt (Patrick Davis) of Winston Salem; his granddaughter Xmaria Fields; his father Allen G. Witham of Fremont; and his siblings, Brenda Philo (Max) of Greenville, Sandra Mitteer (John) of Shelby and David (Cassie) of Fremont.
