He is survived by: his father Cub Scouts; his wife Nancy; his son Jeffrey Middlebrook (Christy); his grandson Joshua; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra Warnock, Barbara Brink, William Warnock and Patricia Griffin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins, especially his great, great nephews.
