He was predeceased by: his parents, Asa Kelly and Hazel Kelly (Easterly); his wife Ruth Hasselbacher; and his siblings, Betty, Mariellen, James, Nathan Dale and Asa, Jr..
He is survived by: his sons, Roger Kelly (Michelle) of Grand Haven, Richard Kelly (Barb) of Grand Haven and Scott Kelly (Deb) of Grand Haven; and his siblings, Dorothy Kempker, Dr. Larry Kelly (Sandy) and Lowell Kelly. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren.
