She was predeceased by: her sister Christine Cook; and her in-laws, William Woodrow and Lillian Belcher. She is survived by: her parents, Margaret Cook and Allen Cook of Elyria; her husband Bill; her son Billy (Jessie Block); and her siblings, Melissa, Annetta, Richelle, Allen (Leslie) and Nicole (Mike). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial Contributions in Julie's honor can be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
