She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerrit Blauwkamp and Sena Blauwkamp (Walters); her husband John "Jack" Dark; her siblings, Hattie Blauwkamp, Dick Blauwkamp (Bertha), Henrietta Sterken (Art), Bert Blaukamp (Ruth), Harold Blauwkamp (Lucille), Janet Voss (Stan), Sid Teusink and Gladys Blauwkamp; and her sister-in-law Mary Kathryn Dark.
She is survived by: her sister Ethel Teusink; her sister-in-law Dr. Alison Dark; and her children, Larry Dark, Dorothy Hieshetter and Michael Dark. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, dear friends, and her compassionate caregivers.
