She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Vincent and Ellen Vincent (Flynn); her daughter Marie Louise Berns; her brothers, Howard and James Vincent; and her grandson Jacob Bouman.
She is survived by: her husband William "Bill" Berns; her children, Linda Bouman (Michael), Richard Berns (Lisa) and William Steven Berns; her grandchildren, James Berns, Meghan Bouman, Allison Berns, John Berns, Sara Berns, Lea Berns, Lauren Berns and Susan Berns; and her sister Katherine "Katy" Burch (Tom).
