He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Koster and Hermina Koster (Dykstra); and his brother Robert Koster. He is survived by: his wife Joan Weiser; his children, Jodi Koster and John C. Koster (Vickie); his grandchildren, Brieanne, Mary Jo Koster and Amber McDonald (Joe); his great grandchildren, Chase and Mason; his siblings, Kay Brown (Norm) and Bruce Koster (Lynn); and his sisters-in-law, Lois McLean (Ed) and Doris Selvius (Jerry).
