He is survived by: his wife Susan; his sons, Neal Bastek (Susannah) and Ian Bastek (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Silvia Bastek, Emmett Bastek, Ayden Bastek and Owen Bastek; and his siblings, Barbara Proden, William Bastek (Marilyn), Robert Bastek (Patricia) and Stephen Bastek (Helen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
