He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Myron Huggins and Mary Huggins (Drew); his former wife Jeanne Huggins (Pew); his wife Karen Dean; his children, Michael Huggins (Pam) of Kalamazoo, Steven Huggins (Deborah) of Spring Lake, Jamie Huggins (Nicole) of Boston, Deborah Wakerley of Grand Haven, Mike Walling of Spring Lake, Carrie Miller (Dean) of Hastings and Christopher Dean of Muskegon; and his pet Candy.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in memory of James may be given to Love in Action or Charles A. Conklin American Legion Post 28.
