He is survived by: his parents, Michael Bouman and Linda Bouman (Berns); his sister Meg Bouman; his grandparents, Coral Bouman and William Berns; his aunt Sue Gogulski (Jeff); and his uncles, Brad Bouman (Linda), Rick Berns (Lisa) and Bill Berns. He is also survived by many cousins; and several close friends.
