Hazel L. Oyer Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2022, at the age of 87, Hazel L. Oyer in Spring Lake, Michigan, born in Redkey, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Olvey and Hettie Marie Olvey (Kohler); her husband Edwin Oyer; her siblings, Merrill Olvey and Lucretia Smith; and her son-in-law Larry Crotts.
She is survived by: her children, Diana Weir, Sherry Crotts, Duane Oyer (Lisa) and Elaine Long (Matthew); and her siblings, James Olvey (Donna), Regina Wilcox, Nilah Berry, Ruth Ann Petzold (Arnie), Oneida Kay Pickett (Kenny) and Linda Kester (Gailen). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made out to Hospice of North Ottawa.
