He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobert Parmer and Florine Parmer (Walker); and his brother Charles Parmer. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Parmer; his children, Dawn Parmer and Steve Parmer (Angie); and his sister Marilyn McCalment.
